How to make a chicken roll

 Chicken roll banane ki sabse aasan vidhi:



Samagri:

1. 250 gram boneless chicken, chhote tukdo mein kata hua

2. 1/2 cup dahi (curd)

3. 2-3 chammach lal mirch powder

4. 1 chammach haldi powder

5. 1 chammach garam masala powder

6. Namak swad anusaar

7. 2-3 chammach tel

8. 1 pyaaz, bareek kata hua

9. 1 hari mirch, bareek kata hua

10. 2 chammach adrak aur lehsun ka paste

11. 2 chammach tamatar ka paste

12. 4-5 phulka (roti)

13. Hari chutney aur pyaaz, tayyarat

14. Limbu ke ras ki bundi (optional)


Vidhi:

1. Ek katora mein dahi, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, garam masala powder, namak, aur tel milakar chicken ke tukdo ko achhi tarah se mila lein. Ise kam se kam 30 min tak marinate hone ke liye chhod dein.


2. Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur ismein pyaaz, hari mirch, adrak-lehsun ka paste daalein. Bhunai karein jab tak pyaaz golden brown ho jaaye.


3. Ab tamatar ka paste daalein aur bhunai karein jab tak tel alag hone lage.


4. Marinated chicken ko ismein daal kar achhi tarah se bhunai karein. Chicken galne tak pakayein.


5. Ab phulke (roti) ko sek lein. Phulke ko garam rakhne ke liye dhakkar bhi rakh sakte hain.


6. Phulke par hari chutney laga lein aur us par chicken mixture rakhein.


7. Roll bana kar paper ya foil se lapet kar serve karein. Agar chahiye toh limbu ke ras ki bundi bhi daal sakte hain.


Aapka chicken roll tayyar hai. Isko chutney aur pyaaz ke saath serve karein.
